So it’s been about two and something years now, and I’ve finished my second Masters.
It’s been a great ride, but the final project was a complete challenge that turned out great! I decided to try something new and at a month and 2 weeks to my Final Presentation date I decided to learn and make my app on Ruby on Rails.
It was a great experience and a great product came out of it, there’s a lot of front-end work that brings this app to life but also some nice (or so I think) ROR code that handles the backend.
Another great experience was meeting heroku it was so easy to deploy my app (after the learning curve :p ) that I instantly felt in love with it, and since my Reseller account didn’t support Rails 3 it was my only fast and cheap option plus it complemented perfectly with my Git repo.
Well I can go on for days and write a really long post here, but I think there’s no need for it. Experience http://inspiratio.me and let me know what you think of it @highvoltag3
